With your consent, we collect your name, address and telephone number when you fill in online forms. We also collect some financial and family details on the instruction form. When we speak to you on the phone we may also collect other information about your circumstances, for example whether you have a partner or any children and discuss what services you may require.

- Contact you by telephone to see if you would like to arrange an appointment
- Discuss any issues relevant to your circumstances (e.g. providing trusts to preserve assets)
- Inform you about our processes and fees
- Draft documents on your behalf and at your request

Should you decide to become a client of Steele Rose & Co Ltd, we may share your data with our relevant third party legal service providers and sister company Steele Rose Law LLP in order to fulfil the services that you have requested.

Your data is stored on secure password encrypted databases and on password protected data files. Client documents are stored in locked fireproof filing cabinets.
How long do we keep hold of your information?
We retain your information until you withdraw your consent for us to maintain contact with you, after which it is deleted.
If you choose to become a client of ours, we retain your information until the completion of the administration of your estate.
